At one time that may have been the plan, but as much as I am suprised by it, I would have to say that Russia is being a good allie through this. (By the Way the USSR has been gone for a Decade) China on the other hand is a bunch of Sabre Rattling Back Stabbing opportunist that would love to step into World Power Status & yesterday tested their new Nuke Missile that is more than capable of hitting the U.S. all thanks to one Mr. Slick Willie.

I figured out what we need to do. We need to sell BL a nuke. Give them enought time to get it secreted in Afghanistan and then a timely 'accident' could occur.
