I saw that. His nose is starting to look like W. C. Fields did. He looked and acted like he was either doped or drunk. That sure looks like the nose of a hard drinker.

To me, the answer to this is obvious. College crowd = college girls. Clinton was just trying to suck up to the audience, so he could more easily go out and cruise sorority babes after the speech.
