Looks to me they have some American black Muslims there in the mix.
You know, this Jamaat al-Fuqra is tied to the other Pakistani "Jamaat" organizations (Jamaat al-Islam, etc.) linked to Johnnie Jihad and the Shoe Bomber.
The name Jammat is not a coincidence.
