Q: Why is there an Islamic Village in the foothills near Fresno?

I caught part of the piece on Fox last night, they were interviewing a local woman who lives nearby and she was talking about a practice range that the group admits it has "just for practice". The woman says that she regularly hears large scale firing and bursts of fire. It's a practice range all right, for whatever criminal activity they have planned.
