Hey kristinn - how's it going? I met you one day outside the subway. Years ago, when I was stationed in Norfolk, my buddies and I would go see the Tidewater Tides - a farm team of the NY Mets. We would get tickets along the third base line so we could see the visiting batters as they came out on deck, awaiting their turn to bat. We would let go with a barrage of comments - some obscene - as they stood their there. Most batters would ignore us but every once and awhile a batter would look up at us and bingo, he was ours. Those batters always struck out and that is when I learned that once someone recognizes a heckler, their act is up.

And bravo to you guys!!! You made Clinton recognize you and his whole game plan went astray. He would have done much better if he ignored you as if you were not there. His ego won't let him do that however. Keep up the good work.

7th - you're correct. Once the subject responds and tries to make a smart remark to silence his hecklers, he's essentially admitted he's whipped. I only can imagine what he wanted to say, but actually had the self control to resist (something his lovely wife lacks, when it comes to spewing profanity-laced diatribes). Ha.
