Americans hungry for the Islamist message? Sorry Siddiqi. Like the saying about there being no atheists in foxholes, the only Americans that would have considered the "Islamist message" would have been leftists and liberals, and most of them left their foxholes on September 11th.

What is this, a threat of a U.S./Muslim parallel to Israel and the Palestinians? The Muslims rage against the Israelis being on Arab soil, so Siddiiqi has this arrogant vision of hostile Muslims "dirtying" U.S. soil in the same fashion?...Islam in our face like the Zionists, in his viewpoint, are in the face of Arabs since the Balfour Declaration created Israel?
If there is one "good" thing that came out of the WTC disaster, it is that it also decimated the possibility of any undetected American-Muslim agenda. After the September 11th attack on America, the idea of a Muslim majority, (nevertheless Muslim parity), in America is pure fantasy. All Muslims in America, and particularily hostile Muslims, are in a very precarious position here. It goes without saying that the terrorist acts upon us have set back the cause of ALL immigrants as immigration will now the paramount issue up for review in the minds of mainstream Americans.
