Finally, someone who understands!!! I love taking Banquet frozen dinners..particularly turkey or meatloaf, and mixing the meat, gravy, potatoes , and veggies all together in a bowl. My specialty is mashed potatoes with corn, cheese, butter, hot dogs or bologna, ketchup, and mayo.

No-fat cottage cheese with generous amount of salsa, dip it with restaurant style corn chip strips. You might want to add a few splashes of green 'hajapeno' tabasco sauce. Great diet food.
