Former Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu warned Monday night that Mideast terrorists are determined to obtain nuclear weapons and when they do, they will use them on New York City.

"They're going to attack American again and again," Netanyahu told Fox News Channel's "Hannity & Colmes." And the great danger that we face is..... if they acquire nuclear weapons - if any part of this terror network acquires nuclear weapons, they will use it. And history as we know it will come to a pass."

In an exchange with Sean Hannity, the one-time Israeli chief said there is no doubt which city would be first on the terrorist nuke target list.

HANNITY: America needs to understand, if they get nuclear weapons they already have the willingness to use them. If we allow that to happen, if we don't win that race, (then) the world is a much more dangerous place for our children.

NETANYAHU: Not a more dangerous (world) -- they'll drop it in New York. They'll drop it right here -- right in the place where we sit.

They would set off a nuke near Congress too on the same day. Hit the economic center and political center on the same day. Paralyze America. They are not just looking to send messages but to make it politically and economically impossible for the USA to have a military presence in the Mid East. 

Tactical nuke in these two places just might do it. For good luck set off a nuke close enough to the Pentagon too. This way the military gets paralyzed also.

I hear we have technology which can detect a bomb-sized lump of uranium or plutonium from a good distance (neutron beam). However I don't know if we have enough of it to keep big cities under scan. Also if we did spot it in a warehouse, how do we know some suicide terrorist isn't also in there with his finger on the button, waiting for the raid.

The guy found in the container in Italy may have been engaged in a test "dry run" for smuggling a WMD into a US city.

Remember, these guys really believe in dry runs, and getting the logistics nailed down. The 9-11 team did repeated dry runs.

A man might be sent along with a WMD and a hand GPS unit to detonate it when the container arrives in the target port, or as a backup to detonate it if discovered.

Even without a nuke, you could fit a LOT of Sarin in a 40X10X8 box. Or the "mother of all dirty nukes" built around a 40' long HE bomb.

Maybe you don't realize it but both the Russians and the US have low level tactical nukes that can be carried in, in a back pack. This is not science fiction, these have been around for quite a few years... The Russians are missing a number of these possible sold to the highest bidder over the last few years. They don't need planes just a body. How many people in New York are on the street with backpacks?

They also like to deliver more than one blow on the same day. The two US embassies in Africa were attacked (1997) by huge truck bombs on the same day. The embassies were in Kenya and Tanzania.

4 planes were hijacked on 9-11-2001 and there may have been more. 3 of these jet planes hit their targets.
If these scum get to nuke us, I would say it will be more than one and done simultaneously before we can react

Delivering a nuke is not a problem at all for a gang of suicide bombers. All they have to do is carry it by hand to their target and then push the button. But this doesn't mean that we have lost either. It is certain that they don't have many nukes, if any. And the ones that they may have are sure to be smaller ones. So if they have nukes and are able to use them successfully, then what? They will have no more nukes left and will have only succeeded in waking a giant. It's just when will they get them. I've posted over and over
on this subject, but I can't seem to say it enough!

Acquiring the nuke is the hard part. Delivering the nuke is the harder part.

Small Nukes can be carried in trunks and even suitcases. It is a fact that the Soviets invented nukes like this. And many of the scientists from the former Soviet Union are now working for Iraq. And besides you only need one big enough to destroy a financial center like New York, to cause suffering both in lives and financially.

And lets face facts, Bibi, they're going for Israel first. Then maybe NYC.

How do you know this for sure? Muslims in the Middle East feel they need to take out America First in order to destroy Israel.

Best that we nip the whole problem in the bud though, and that is what we are doing slowly and methodically. A little too slowly maybe, but we'll get it done.

You should stop watching CNN so much. This kind of a war does not happen overnight and it certainly is going to take years.

Some feel they already have the bomb, of some nuke sort or another. The question is...why haven't they used them yet...if they do have them? Again, it goes back to the chess game. They supposively have two more "waves" coming in. I suggest the nuke is the last wave. They will try to demoralize our government first, then use them...I suspect. Not only on New York, but on Washington as well. Hopefully we will be able to foil their plans, if we haven't already, before all theis happens.
