How come father Mohammed Jahangir and son Mohammed Azmath have different names? Did Azmath change his name for some religious or cultish reason?

Thanks for the ping! I noticed the man arrested from 1001 N. Olden Ave, Allah Rakha, also has a different last name from that of his brother/roommate (or, at least, a man described as his brother).
