Something's not quite right here. Vaccines are made from cultures of viruses, not human tissue. If virus was sampled from any human tissue, I'm not sure that there is an ethical arguement over the difference between a virus sample from one sort of tissue or another. You take it from where you find it.
I was confused too. From reading around, it seems the virus is grown and cultured using the MRC-5 cells, it's not taken from the human fetus mentioned.
