I'll make a donation if you can raise the filing fee. If he doesn't have enough support locally even to raise the filing fee, he can't have much chance in an election. Not dissing him or his chances but you have to be practical.

Certainly, I hope so. Last year, I and six others raised the filing fee for a congressional candidate in an uphill race against the most famous person ever to seek the office in our state. So, I think locals should be able to raise the filing fee. We did and we're not rich. Let me know when you get filed. I'll Paypal a contribution. It would be good for FR to start moving politically again.
