I found that quote interesting as well, but for another reason. It's the curious matter of the dog barking in the night. Oh, the dog didn't bark? THAT is the curious matter.
Nowhere is it mentioned that any CIA personnel or visitors were killed, lost, injured, or had to get the hell out of Dodge, with or wihtout their secret documents. Was anybody there? Or had they all been told to take the day off?
If there was a CIA offfice in that building, then THAT is the story.
