I had the same problem. Sometimes Explorer will hang. Try right-clicking on the link and select "Save Target As" and save it to your Desktop.

Thanks for the help--it is downloading right now. I did as you instructed, and saved to my desktop. I'm anxious to see the tribute. I just checked, and it is only 16% done! I'll let you know in about three hours how I liked it!!!
