"...may have to be moved to China for safekeeping." China? Now that's safe...

Good old Seymour. He could care LESS about the fact that his "now it can be told" stories compromise our security. I am a former journalist and would NEVER have thought about going into the profession with sleazeballs like him. And, of course, he has a new one out. Just think: his revelations in the New Yorker might be the cause of Pakistan trying to move their weapons...and perhaps losing them...and perhaps leading to something where thousands (or more) lives are lost. Seymour: you will win an award...in hell one day!

It is better for us to make a mistake and disarm their Nuclear Capability but be alive.
Than, to pretend that the worst case would never happen and die in our illusions.

FEARS of fundamentalist upheaval in Pakistan have aroused concerns in Washington that part or all of Islamabad's arsenal of nuclear weapons may have to be moved to China for safekeeping from foreign attack. Funny...that doesn't seem to make me feel any safer.

The US is not seriously considering taking out the Pakistani nukes. Our interest is in propping up Musharraf, not attacking him.
The idea that Pakistan would turn its nukes over to China is plain nuts.
This whole article is a bunch of crap.

They could easily be Chinese nukes that Pakistan 'borrowed' after a sudden test by India....
