Jade, just curious, yes or no, do you think insane terrorist Ben Laden -might choose this course of action on our homeland -if he has or obtains quantities of smallpox/and if he had the means to deliver? (Not wanting to spar with you here-but I'd like to get your opinion too since you are quite knowledgable it seems:
Smallpox is of particular concern because of its potential to spread quickly. In a military exercise this past summer called Dark Winter, researchers conducted a simulated smallpox attack on Oklahoma City. The epidemic quickly soared out of control, spreading to 25 states and millions of people.
