TRENTON, New Jersey (CNN) -- FBI agents, many wearing oversized hazardous materials suits, raided an apartment here Friday, bringing out bags of seized materials and taking one man in for questioning.

FBI agents and local police arrived at the first-floor apartment about 9 a.m. ET, according to neighbors.

Why isn't the FBI using this on those 3 terriorists that have not been cooperating?

I am referring to the one pick up in Minnesota and the two picked up in St. Louis? They are not citizens and now that the Justice Dept is charging the student in San Diego with Sedition ( heard that on FOXNEWS) seems that different rules can apply!

No one was home at the time of the raid, Jimenez said,

Just further proof the FBI are incompotent idiots, and are totally incabable of solving $hit.

Why not stake the place out, and make sure you catch the guys instead of putting them on the run.

BUT HELL NO....that would require reasoning.

That would be incredible, wouldn't it ... if these are the guys and they dropped the letters in the local mailbox?

I guess having brains is not required to be a terrorist.

... Detroit has the most Arabs ...

This is just a minor itch but - is our issue with Arabs? or with Radical Islamic Fundamentals??? Pakistani's are not Arabs. I'm one of "those" you mentioned - I'm Middle Eastern, but not Arabic or Islamic. It's confusing to say the least.

I rather call "them" the evil ones, Islamic Radicals for some are US citizens. Check out the FBI list.

legitimize deporting Arabs would be nice

Pakistaniis are not Arabs. Not even their neighbors to the west, the Iranians, are Arabs, You've got to go clear to Iraq or Saudi Arabia, or one of the minor Persian Gulf states, to find Arabs. Other than the "afghan Arabs" of Bin Laden's organization that is.

In addition, a general postal collection box near the apartment complex was opened and searched.

This is a no brainer. The cops are now staking out mail boxes in Trenton.

Any swarthy gentlemen who happen to pop their gas bill in the mail in the near future, can expect a visit from the Feds.

Were they trying to eat the evidence? If not, maybe they should be forced to.

Your point is well taken (I noticed it above). We are looking for Radical Fundamentalist Muslims ... not just Arabs. There are (in addition to Pakistanis you mentioned) also Somalis and Sudanese radicals that are not Arabs.

At the same time, Detroit has the most Arabs whether they are Radical muslims or otherwise ... there's a higher probablity of radical muslims being found in a high population muslim area. But, yes, you are correct. :)

I will mention Islamic Terrorists and the use of Versed on the same reply! If the monitoring system of carnivore is working, maybe I will get a call!

Seriously, 99.9% of the patients who receive Versed would answer any question and never remember getting the Versed in most cases and definitely not remember telling all that they know post Versed!

So if the FBI is monitoring, Use Versed with your non talkative Islamic goat humpers. You will find out all that they know in a few minutes!

Now I've done my job. Actually I dream of giving Facist Davis Versed via iv drip and asking him questions for about an hour while being video taped.!

Didn't someone say the name of the apartment complex was the name of the school on the return address. Anyone know if there was truth to this rumor?

MindBender26 came up with the idea that "Greendale School," listed as the return address for the Daschle letter, might have been conjured up in the perpetrators' minds because they live in the "Greenwood Village" apartments in Hamilton, NJ (right over the city line from Trenton).

You can see more of his insights, and others, on this thread:

Actually, there were at least three Pakistani guys living in the apartment above mine for several years. They all drove one cab. The cab literally ran 24/7. One would drive for 8-10 hours then come back and sleep and another would wake up and take it over. I'll bet they made a pretty good living. Also, they were the only neighbor who could hear my piano playing so I could practice almost anytime.

There are a lot of Pakistani cab drivers and they have on the whole struck me as good folks. They seemed enterprising and fans of capitalism. One I talked to over a year ago was putting his children through the top Pakistani University with his cab fares, even though he had grown up in poverty. Sadly we might not have had that conversation now...

ASA Vet posted, "That was required back in the 60's, don't know about now."

It sure was! If you went in for an elective procedure and didn't inform the right people to be there during the procedure. You would have been in a lot of trouble!

Hopefully some of those old archaic safe guards are back! Along with real criminal and personal back ground checks by real security people!
