However, Delphia, the the 87 year old gal across the way I keep watch on is addicted to Jilia Childs, Cajun Cooking, Great Chefs, and other cooking shows on YV. Next week I'm going to make us some orange beef with beef pieces soaked in orange juse and papaya, fried orange rind, ginger, scallions, red onions, and asian red pepper. I'm considering adding a peach to it. I'll make pineapple and bacon fried rice to go with it. Eventually, I'll do it again using an apricot base.
