Feds: Pictures of Osama bin Laden, videos of martyrs found in search

NEW YORK -- A California college student faces terrorism-linked charges after he was caught lying and pictures of Osama bin Laden were found in his apartment.

A grand jury probing the Sept. 11 terror attacks as an act of war indicted Osama Awadallah, 21, of La Mesa, Calif., charging him with two perjury counts in U.S. District Court in Manhattan.

The native of Jordan allegedly had lied about associations with two men identified by federal authorities as hijackers of the airliner that hit the Pentagon, prosecutors said Thursday.

In my opinion, the federal authorities need to isolate this person and use any means necessary to obtain all of the information he has .....

A good start is interrogation with the aid of drugs.

I think we ought to treat all Muslim prisoners the way the Taliban treats theirs. I would think they would want it that way.

Taliban commanders today said they have captured 25 followers of Zahir Shah, Afghanistan's exiled former king. The Taliban military government of Afghanistan says "some of the important people" among the 25 prisoners "may be hanged later today in Kandahar, though it is possible that they may be hanged in Uruzgan."

I want to see stories like that, "We have aprehended to terrorist suspects and they will be hanged in New York City, or maybe in Washington later today."

To these terrorists and their sympathizers, other treatment would be cruel and unusual.

I wish they would stop calling these people "students."
The name sounds somewhat innocuous and benign. Call them what they are: suspected terrorists.
