So you are saying that God CAN'T work miracles? Or that someone can know ahead of time that no miracle will happen? And I did NOT question or critisize them, I just said I can't see myself doing the same thing and you jumped to the conclusion that I was critisizing them.

And no, I would not sit and pray for angles to swoop me away, I would take whaever action I could think of to keep alive while praying for God to inspire me with a good idea and help me choose the best direction to go. I realize that it might not make a difference, if its your time, its your time, but can't you realize that it might make a difference to try?
