You got it right. Wherever there are large population concentrations of homosexual and/or bisexual males,(SF,NY,LA), all fecal borne/transmitted diseases occur at rates that far exceed the rest of the general popluation.

Humans weren't meant to ingest urine and excrement; it's just not healthy.
