Now comes the question: is the Administration pushing the envelope on constitutional freedoms?

I, for one, am keeping my eyes and ears wide open, that's for sure. The optimist in me wants to trust that this administration is leading a noble cause, but I cringe when I think about what this set of laws might bring with somebody else at the helm.

When it comes right down to it, the feds could now legally come and grab my guns out of my house while I'm not there, and there's not a damned thing I could do about it. That's extremely scary.
