Just your obsession with all things homosexual.

I would have thought that the tired old pro-homo cheerleader tactic of accusing anyone who challenges their lifestyle and their activist agenda of being a homosexual was beneath you.

It appears that I stand corrected.

Or your obession with FormerLib

Simply a tactic to quell dissent.

But it is funny how the folks who claim that we're obsessed always seem to show up on the same threads. Not 'funny' as it "Ha ha," of course.

Sorry, didn't notice you already told another poster to "figure out" your point. I think I have.

But ask the average gay man if he's ever had the rear-end version and he's likely to stare at you in confusion or horror or, in some cases, a barely suppressed titillation.

Too easy.

A little sensitive, are we??

You obviously have never had a pap smear..... Sigh. Those cold stirrups are just the beginning of the dreaded exam. Lighten up. Sheesh.

Ok. This is a little much to read before breakfast...

The bottomline is pretty much unchanged: Abstain. Don't have any sexual contact unil you consumate your marriage with your 110% faithful virgin wife/husband. Find. Good.

HOWEVER, in The Real World... a variety of people engage in unsafe practices, pre-marital sex and so on. Women and men, girls and boys are sexually assaulted.

Obviously--from your topic, a lame attempt to smear homosexuals,--"NORMAL FOLK" are not sexual abused, assaulted or raped. Obviously. I'll remember to tell my sister-in-law that one. Having had been raped at 18 MONTHS by her natural mother's boyfriend and raped in early adulthood by a complete stranger, I'm sure she'll be dancing in the streets to know you consider her to be something beyond "normal folk."

The article mentions the "anal cancer" rate for non-HIV positive gay men is roughly the same as the cervical cancer rate was for women before pap smears were routine. That rate for women, combined with the statement Probably a majority of all men have penile HPV even if they don't have warts there, suggests the virus is roughly as common among all sexual active men.

And it's becoming more widespread, like all sexually transmitted diseases.

I assume, from context, this statement is with regard to gay men (and makes no comment about the population in general). This would go hand-and-hand with the syphilis increase the AP reported has been happening in San Fran. Nothing new here. Even the "gay" press is picking up on this and wondering if there's a "generation gap" which leads young gays to ignore the warnings about HIV as they hear about the "miracle" cocktails and haven't seen untreated AIDS patients suffer, wither and die with their own eyes.

The article is certainly right to point out, HIV isn't the only concern when it comes to STD's.

How does "colon cancer" differ from the so-called "anal cancer" mentioned in the article? Is HPV a factor in "colon cancer"? Are colonoscopies and sigmoidoscopies, which often include tissue biopsies (both random and of suspicious areas), sufficient detect this problem in women and men?

You would never blink an eye if woman said she went for a Pap smear. And if she comes back with a positive result, we don't look at her and assume she's promiscuous, even though it's a sexually transmitted disease. There's no negative social connotation for women because we know that many women get HPV with their first or second sexual experience.

Maybe it's just me, but women that come back with a positive result for STD without the negative social connotation is because they are using their organs for their intented purposes. Whether they are sluts or not does not seem to matter.

Compared to homosexuals: All men have an anus, (I hope so, but, I never actually checked) it's primary funtion is not sexual. The homosexual seems to make it primary. Aka: un-natural to most people, but the 2% that are gay. Therefore, negative social connatations.

Almost seems like this article is trying to make anal warts a normal part of life.

Like I said, it's probably just me.

On the contrary. I really can't understand why someone who wasn't a homosexual, would be so fixated on the subject.

Or why you would assert that the health risks of homosexuality are any concern of yours (unless you happened to be a homosexual).

If you don't engage in the behavior, then why does it concern you so greatly?

You didn't talk about stirrups... You asked if they had spurs...

And now you're pretending otherwise.

Perhaps for the same reason that people who don't do drugs are so concerned with its legalization.

There are any number of reasons why. Homosexual brother or sister, friend, or child. Victimization by a sexual predator be it oneself or loved one. These are just a few reasons to track these issues there are a number of others as well.

On the contrary. I really can't understand why someone who wasn't a homosexual, would be so fixated on the subject.

Just how obtuse do you wish to appear here?

Or why you would assert that the health risks of homosexuality are any concern of yours (unless you happened to be a homosexual).

If you don't engage in the behavior, then why does it concern you so greatly?

Because there are a number of people who are attempting to portray homosexuality as a normal part of humanity. It isn't. There are even some who would attempt to deny this nation's Judeo-Christian moral traditions in their attempts to normalize this perversion. They are often join by those who would suggest that this nation has no moral traditions or foundations. Opposing such people in a reasonable manner is always a good thing.

As you may have read in my earlier resonse to another poster, I recently encountered a pro-homo cheerleader on Free Republic who attempted to deny that there were any additional health risks to the homosexual perversion. This post will help to correct such erroneous beliefs.

And you will have to excuse me, but I will continue to believe that your line of questioning was nothing more than an attempt to silence me by attempting to smear me with the accusation that I am a homosexual. I had thought such a thing was beneath you. As I said, I stand corrected.

Trust me, it is. And the "Cult of the Anus" abhors heretics and infidels!

Well, I found this post interesting. Gay men have a life expectancy of about half that of straight men. HIV couldn't account for that fact all by itself, but evidently cancers of the lower digestive tract account for many of those lost years. I'm sorry other people are grossed out, but this is a well-written article with information I've never seen anywhere else, and I'm an information junkie. The gay/bisexual world is a frightfully promiscuous and risk-taking one, and that is a bad thing for Western Civilization. The more people walking around who have HIV and papilloma virus and other incurable diseases, the more likely MY life is to be affected in some way. Last I checked, even 100% faithful married folks can be raped or get a bad blood transfusion, or be exposed because of the secret unfaithfulness of a spouse.

I appreciate posts like this that go out on a limb to inform us, even if some people want to pretend that the problem is confined to a world entirely separate from their own. That'd be nice, but it won't happen.

Do you think Dick Cheney says nasty things about his daughter, because she's a homosexual?

One can only hope. If parents would stop encouraging their children to remain trapped in a perverse lifestyle more of those children would get help and lead normal healthy lives.

God Save America (Please)
