I am not sure which reporter askes the Secretary yesterday this question... (my words because I dont have the full quote) "Can the US military just prior to a bombing raid drop pamplets warning the innocent civilans so they can get out of harms way." I think it should be announced prior to the next news confrence that two Marines are stationed at the back of the room to provide dope slaps to any deserving reporters.
