Since when did did it matter to the Alqueda if the fry other muslims if it is an event in a holy war?

Apparently on Sept 11, the usual Muslim vendors didn't show up and even some of their children seemed to know ahead of time about the attacks, I would imagine they'll have plenty of advance notice on this too.
