I'm not sure India should have rejected this. Pakistan has taken some very positive and risky steps to assist the United States. Musharraf canned his top Generals who supported the Taliban and sacked the head of the intelligence agency.

I think Pakistan is one of those countries who heard George Bush say that each nation must decide whether it is with us or with the terrorists.
