That experience left me to wonder weather or not many Mac users are just oblivious to the number of problems their systems have just because they're told the Mac is "painless".

Wonder no more. Mac and Linux users are among the most self-deluded and self-esteem-challenged bunch of losers I've ever come across. They practically beg everybody on these Windows threads to use their pathetic little OS's.
