Just so you know... the victims of this horrible act were killed by evil men, not God. They also sought to blame their evil on God. They too, were wrong.
You seem to have some difficulty reading words on a page. I am not a Pentacostal and disagree with some of Wilkerson's thoughts, but your knee-jerk liberalism misses by a mile.
One cannot read the Old Testament without seeing that God doesn't need to 'cause' the effects of evil. He only needs stay His hand of protection and we will feel the full effect of evil.
It is clear to me that God has protected America from the evil of the Mohammedan terrorism all these years and on September 11, for reasons known only to Him, He lifted that protection to allow the full force of true evil to come to America.
Now this article asks "why?" And that is a good question.
Throughout the OT, God repeatedly tells us that He allowed the force of evil to come against Israel and Judah to teach them a lesson -- to teach them the evil of worshipping idols or living licentiously. Now, I am NOT a prophet, so I have no idea why God did not protect us from the Mohammedan evil -- as He did all those years from communism. But it is not out of line to ask the question.
And asking the question does not imply that the writer thinks that God "... smash[es] ... innocent children against the side of a skyscraper." He self-evidently does not. But God could have protected our innocent children that day and He did not. Why?

Yes, that is the message. And it's exactly true. God wasn't asleep on September 11. The tragedy happened with his permission. We should be grateful that God's mercy limited the casualties to less than five percent of those in the buildings, but we should not be complacent about his judgement.
For eight years, we tolerated the most evil man who has ever sat in the Oval Office, and our country gave him an approval rating of seventy percent in the midst of his greatest scandal. While we congratulated ourselves for flouting God's will and getting away with it, that same President degraded the CIA, the FBI, and the US military.
On the morning of September 11, the CIA did not warn us, the FBI did not prevent the terrorism, and our military did not even protect its own headquarters from destruction.
It's pretty cut and dried to me. We embraced an evil man as our leader, and the policies of that evil man led to the destruction on September 11.
If you don't think there's a logical correlation here, then let's elect Hillary Roddam Clinton as President, and see whether there will be any hell to pay for that.
