Fearing charges of religious persecution, the FBI for years has hesitated to investigate radical Islamic clerics in the United States despite evidence that their mosques have been used to recruit and fund suspected terrorists, present and former law enforcement officials said.

Even after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, "the veil of religion that has been draped over mosques . . . will be tough to move off," an FBI official said last week. "The Arab American community can become enraged and beat on the FBI."

It sounds as though all the government law enforcement agencies have been recruiting from Cracker Jack boxes and Iraq. They, from GWB on down, need to learn what Islam truly is. There ARE experts, but they are either completely mystified at the sheer evil of it, or they honestly do not recognize it. They had better get a clue, and I mean NOW!!!!

Rita Cosby did an interview with Ibrahim Hooper, for heaven's sake, the chairman of CAIR, and he had the cajones to say that HIS association had never said anything anti-American, while insisting that the bombing should stop on RamaLamaDingDongen.
