I have tried to get a couple of things on the NRA's radar, but nothing seems to work. Heck, they wouldn't even notify it's email member-list of the March for Justice that Jeff Head and others worked so hard for. Not only are they a one note band, they are very insular. I guess in a way, I can't blame them, as I am sure that lots of folks would like to get the NRA's imprimatur on whatever they are doing. Just seems to me that they are paying so much attention to their baby that they fail to realize the bath has been draining for too long.

With 45 billion ( ! ! ! ) dollars involved, the potential fro bribery, threats to withold funds, fraud, abuse, and corruption are staggering!

Staggering! You know how the Feds bully states with their 'highway funds!'

I'm glad I dropped my NRA membership last year- they are becoming a part of the problem rather than a counter to it.

CARA is bad law. The NRA needs to understand that no right is safe when any right is under attack. Every NRA member needs to call, write and fax them to oppose CARA.
