Thank you for posting this article. I wondered what the hold-up was on distributing the money. Now we know that there is something wrong.

This may be another one of those instances where some individuals do not realize how much things changed after 9/11. I do not think the public will let the ARC conduct business as usual.

It feels more like I'm attacking posters who DONT post information. You haven't even told me if you've donated ANYTHING to the red cross since 9/10/01.
