""The tragedies in New York City, at the Pentagon and at the crash site in Pennsylvania represent an attack on America's spirit, our liberty and our national security. This is an unprecedented disaster, and we are providing unprecedented relief services," said Dr. Bernadine Healy, president and CEO of the American Red Cross. "Our generous American public and people from around the world have donated or pledged $375 million so far." "
On the red cross website she says $375m in either donations or pledges. They've already allocated $320m of it. That about matches, especially if you figure in 10% of the pledged money is yet to be collected (and that's probably low).

I saw her being asked (pinned down, because she was evasive at first) on a program this morning (MSNBC OR CNBC)about only half the money COLLECTED being designated for the crash victims. She said that money would be required for anthrax victims and there would be other disasters.
