I've never doubted there are folks on this planet who would like to do exactly what you describe, but I also believe there are folks who will fight heartily against it and the CFR/Bilderburgers, etc. are by no means gonna automatically be successful in getting their way.

See...right there's where I disagree with you and those who profess to know this stuff as indisputable FACT. The CFR may have "impacted" a given president's decision-making process, but I have yet to be convinced--AT ALL--that past POTUS's have been "taking orders" from the CFR, and the CFR has certainly not--IMHO--been "dictating and controlling foreign policy since 1917." I'll look to read the book you suggested, but this fatalistic attitude that World Events are controlled by an Elite Group of anti-American NWOers is not supported by factual evidence and--even if it were--would be extremely dis-empowering to all those who believed it as they would come to think that nothing they could personally do locally would matter a hill of beans with a bunch of faceless PowerWhores calling all the shots!!

I understand you want facts. Which is why when you read the book, you will have some depth as to what is going on inside our goverment. We (you, myself, and American citizens) are the government, but what has taken place in the last 90 years of this country behind closed doors would make you mad. You see, I am not the one insulting your intelligence. These select few are and think they are the "chosen" ones to rule this country.
