Chicken or eggs? In vials??? Why was chicken or eggs in vials, and why was it mailed to Bubba?

My first reaction to this story was to wonder who he had paid to get them to send him something (not too dangerous), so that he, too, could become part of the news cycle.

Think about it. You know what was sent. The authorities won't say what it was, but it's a substance that often has salmonella in it, and will ferment if kept in a closed container.

I believe maybe I misstated; he said that that is where salmonella comes from, so that's a starting point. I did hear that maybe somebody sent him some food and it just went bad! Chicken salad? Miracle Whip?
