Your statement is baloney. Their problem is that Israel refuses to withdraw from the occupied territories and concede the Palestinian right to exist in a free and sovereign Palestine.
Which of course gives the Palestinians the moral justification to specifically target women and children and blow them into pieces. Only the myopic or biased cannot see who has the moral high ground in this conflict.
What evidence can you cite to bolster your claim that Palestinians want to "exist in a free and soverign Palestine"? More likely the real truth is that a group of thugs and criminals have used the "Palestinian cause" as a route to power, and if they should ever get a "soverign Palestine" you can bet that it will be anything but "free".
How so? They have stated this themselves, as has most of the Arab world. Don't you believe you beloved Arabs? You think they lie, perhaps?

"Palestine" has never been a country and is not one now.
So it can't be "occupied".
"Palestine" does have a charter which explicitly (and in writing) denies Israel's right to exist as a safe and sovereign state.
Show me where in the Israeli constitution it officially adopts the hateful Arab posture you describe.
