Nazareth is in Israel proper and has a mixed Arab Muslim/Christian population along with a Jewish one, it has never been under the jurisdiction of Mr Arafat. I used to get a ride to work from a muslim from there.

"Mr." Arafat? Hmmmmm. Hey, I've been there before and after 1993, there is a tremendous difference my Friend....I'm sorry you can't see the forest from the trees. It is no longer safe to go on pilgrimages to Nazareth. You may rationalize any way you like.
