I'm an Air National Guard electrician -- working on C-130 aircraft in the North Carolina Air National Guard now. I was in the U.S. Navy during Operation Earnest Will in the Persian Gulf and in Desert Shield / Desert Storm. I went to sea for months at a time on USS Midway and USS Nimitz.
I left active duty in December, 1995 because I was disgusted by Bill Clinton, and I wanted to bring my family out of poverty. I immediately joined the Air National Guard -- and I now have 19 years of military service.
