This was reported on FoxNews early-morning, October 23, 2001. I have listened for any update or repeat throughout the day, to no avail. This is the most info I could find for now.

Could be warming up...
There's word that Chandra Levy was doing some work regarding McVeigh's execution when she vanished.

The truth finally comes out. I don't know if the real truth is out yet but it does raise some interesting scenarios. The "rightwingnut" label that was placed on all of us after the OKC bombing was effectively the death of the Republican Congress and the rebirth of Clinton. I have never been a "tin foiler" but given the recent events, I am about ready to believe anything.

I have heard that too, but have not seen any real clues into that story. But THIS one is made all the more believeable by the credibility of the people who are advancing it. This tip came from Pentagon sources. They know something. They want it examined and can't push it themselves. There is a bad wind here. Clinton/Reno/Freeh on THIS case, and the subsequent oddities and omissions in the actual investigation...to the stunning similarity between John Doe Number 2 and Mohammad Atta.

"to the stunning similarity between John Doe Number 2 and Mohammad Atta."Is that your opinion, or have others made the link?

Seems to me that someone would like to blame others for his own actions. To put it this way: There are no terrorists outside the Muslim world. Which we all know is everything but true.

i think OKC should have been our governments first wake up call, not the WTC. the WTC might not have happened.

Yes, others have made the link. Talk radio is abounding with people talking about the likeness between Atta and the composite sketch of John Doe #2.

I couldn't agree with you more. The resemblance to Khobar Towers is eery, but remember who was *president* then. bhill and hbill. That is why the investigation stopped with McVeigh. We weren't supposed to wake up. Not through the entire 8 years they sold this country and our Services out!

Yes, others have made the link. Talk radio is abounding with people talking about the likeness between Atta and the composite sketch of John Doe #2. Remember that Atta was wanted by Israel back in 96, fled to the US and the US refused to extradite because Atta was an American national. He'd been here before, you can bet your bottom dollar on that.

"The stunning news item is buried in the "Washington Whispers" column of the magazine under the byline of Paul Bedard."
Speculation is called a stunning news item now?

There's word that Chandra Levy was doing some work regarding McVeigh's execution when she vanished. What word was this??? Levy's job ended before she vanished. McVeigh was dead and cremated before she vanished. Her job, according to news reports, was in the public info sector of the Bureau of Prisons, mostly handling news clippings about the prisons and sending out BOP press releases, nothing with sensitive information.

World Net Daily has picked up the story. They seem not to know that Wolfowitz is the source.

I asked the question on the earlier thread, what did Iraq gain by doing this? Unless it was an attempt by them to discredit the right or to establish a cooperative link with the militias I can see no gain for them. Had Saddam taken credit he would have had a major coup. So why not take credit? Clinton would have Tomahawk a couple of camels and that would have been the end of it. Anyone have any ideas?
