Did anyone here attend this show? I've heard that a lot of celebrities dropped out of performing at this one, due to Michael Jackson's involvement.

I don't care if this guy's liberal or conservative, this is
funny. Unfortunately the language will probably get this thread pulled quickly, but still...

Is it alright to laugh at this review, or will a certain mr watson consider it bad form? Poor Michael Jackson can't do anything anymore that rises above the level of parody.

FILE--Michael Jackson performs during his "30th Anniversary Celebration, The Solo Years" concert at New York's Madison Square Garden, in this Sept. 7, 2001 file photo. This weekend, dozens of stars including Paul McCartney, David Bowie, Michael Jackson, Tim McGraw, 'N Sync and the Backstreet Boys plan to perform at three benefit concerts to raise money for the victims of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, and raise morale too. This gave me a good laugh.
It points out very clearly this...
Those we 'use to' view as our heroes, came out and showed their 'true colors'.

It's a great review. I can't imagine walking one step out of my way to see Michael Jackson - but maybe to avoid listening to his crap I would walk a mile in the opposite direction. He and I are exactly the same age. It seems so bizarre.

There is much reason for hope early on for the show. After all, it is billed as the first time the Backstreet Boys and 'N Sync ever shared a stage ...Somebody pinch me!
Reason for hope??? More like, sign of the apocalypse.
