Garlic-Parmesan Salad Dressing So simple, but oh so good!
3/4 cup oil
1 egg
2 T. lemon juice
1/4 cup wine vinegar or cider vinegar
2 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
In a blender, blend an egg. Add oil in a slow stream. Add garlic, vinegar, and lemon juice and blend for a few seconds more. Mix in the parmesan cheese and serve over your favorite greens.
