Actually, our church is sponsoring a Halloween Party for all the kids in the neighborhood. Not only will there be a costume contest, fames, prizes and refreshments, but we will also be Trunk 'R Treating. Members of the congregation will gather in the parking lot, open the trunks of their vehicles and give out treats so that all of the kids in the surrounding area will have a safe, sane Halloween.

This 'trunk' thing presumes you trust your congregation doesn't have any nut cases. Sounds like a bad idea to me.
