Yeah and it's a miracle some of them are still able to walk now, let alone sing!

The Who made a big thing out of being the working man's band so it was a cert they would have agreed to play. I was surprised there was no Springsteen, though he isn't quite as popular in NYC after that song about Diallo.

I thought Bruce would be there as well -- he played some other benefit shows for the victims these weekend, so he's definitely in town.

It looked like the firefighters and policemen enjoyed the Who more than anything else at the show. Pete Townshend punched out Abbie Hoffman at Woodstock -- too bad he couldn't have done the same to Clinton tonight!
