Bowie was good there in the opening 'America' song....a little nervous, voice cracking... then breaking into 'Heroes'. Nice to know the old guard can still rev it up!

Does anyone know the original singer of that "Look for America"? I am thinking early 70s....the show is incredible....a good night for New York's Bravest and Finest...despite the "enemies of our great nation" in the audience...named the Bubba and his wicked Bride!

Bowie was good there in the opening 'America' song

I thought it was really good... A great song by Simon & Garfunkle! However, my favorite version is still the cover of that song by Yes on Yesterdays... A totally different feel to the song than either Bowie's or S&G. However, I really did like Bowie's rendition of it...
