I believe you though we are really up against it as pertains to 'getting over the hump'. We rocketed half way up the mountain because of 9/11. Having our people and THE UNITED STATES CAPITOL attacked with Bilogical weapons of mass distruction seems not to have pushed the sled any further up the slope.

We should have had a Presidential speech mentioning a considered nuclear attack in response to such infamy by now. Instead, in fact PC bull$hit has been making a rather notable comeback in recent days. If the Islamists pull off another mass attack I am doubtfull if even THIS will get us over that hump. I tremble to think what will.

Bush always understates and always ends up getting what he wants. It has been our policy to use nukes, if needed and if we are under chem/bio attack. The leadership of every nation on earth is well aware of that. Bush will mention that policy when it will do us some good to do so.
