The investors in Arbusto were a matter of public record.
Regarding Bath, his activities on behalf of the Bush and Binladen families is not only a matter of public record, but are matters Bath testified to under oath in a series of lawsuits in Harris County, Texas against Bill White. I could cite an article, but that's not 'proof' I guess. I suggest you make your way to the Harris County courthouse and read the record yourself.
It is no secret that Saudi Sheik Salem M. Binladen appointed Bath as his business representative in Houston. Binladen, along with his brothers, owns Binladen Brothers Construction, one of the largest construction companies in the Middle East. It is also a matter of public record that Bath received a 5 percent interest in the companies that own and operate Houston Gulf Airport after purchasing it on behalf of Binladen in 1977.
My initial remark was that the Bush's and Binladens have money tied up with one another. The Binladens are heavily invested in Bush family interests and vica versa.
Accordingly, that Bush would 'sieze the Binladen' money as the poster to whom I was originally responded suggested, is nonsense.
Why is it no Freepers had any trouble imagining a white-trash redneck Arkansas Governor could have connections with the Chinese, drug dealers, Soviets, etc. but that the Bush family -- composed of multi-millionaires, former CIA heads, Presidents, and Vice Presidents are simply nice middle-class folks like you and me?
Pull your head out of your a**.
I've done legal work for the Carlyle Group.
You don't know what you are talking about.
Go back to sleep.

Your mission is to destroy by unproven allegations and only offer editorial opinion as proof.
Wow! You really have uncovered something big here....LOL!!!
Guess that tell's you where it's coming from!
I guess both Clinton and Bush are ignoring this fact but I don't know why, because the American Petroleum Instite says the U.S. has a 70 year domestic supply of oil (world supply 805 years): http://www.api.org/edu/factsoil.htm
Sure you have, LOL. (Something we cannot verify.) But assuming you have, and in your busy schedule as a big-time lawyer for a 'secretive company' you have found the time to post late on Friday night to an internet forum, then that means you also profited from your association with that group, and therefore have nothing to complain about except your own 'guilt.' You 'made money from military conflicts and weapons spending' and accuse others of doing the same, as if investing in the defense industry is bad.
While I do some research on the companies I invest in, I don't look up the board's family members and in-laws and dig in there. Generally I look at the company's performance. Now, having additional money invested in funds, that means I have invested in hundreds of corporations. And in those cases I was interested in the performance of the fund, which means that at a given time I don't know each and every company I'm in. I invest in stocks of companies that make money from 'conflicts and weapons spending' too. I have interests in companies that make money off of 'sickness and disease' such as biotechnology firms. If it wasn't for sickness and disease, we wouldn't need medicine and therapies, would we? Nor would we need biotech firms. Yet, these firms aren't out there making disease any more than doctors are. They are in the business of treating ailments, or even curing them... though there will never be a complete elimination of disease or pain. This is not unlike defense industry, which in the US is designed to 'treat' war, and end wars. Human nature being what it is, there will always be jealousy, class warfare, turf skirmishes, raw hatred, and stupid misunderstandings... and therefore, there will always be a need for defense, and a need for people willing to stand up for themselves and their loved ones.
I invest in companies that make money off of car accidents and house fires- after all, if there was no danger of house fires and accidents, insurance companies wouldn't exist. And I profit from companies that make money off of 'hunger and starvation'... you know, FARMERS. If it wasn't for hunger and famine farmers would be out of business. Everyone could sit around and wait for manna to drop from heaven, while cursing the people who make aliving from growing food for the high crime of 'profiting from hunger.'
How true!
Maybe you didn't see the comments of the other brother (another Prince of the Saudi Royal Family) who said the American military are welcome in Saudi Arabia as only two cities -- Mecca and I can't remember the other one are considered Holy Land in Saudi. In rest of the Country our military is more than welcome. This Prince was out front talking after his Moron of a brother made his comments.
You can bet that the Father had the final say along with his military advisors. Without the US, Saudi Arabia would be very vulnerable to Iraq. Have you never heard of a black sheep of the family -- the Prince who made the comments after trying to give NY $10 million comes to mind. Now the adults are in charge in Saudi!
Off to the OU/Baylor game, but had to come on here first to see the comments on this thread since the site was down last night! Thought I would take advantage of waiting for my daughter to get ready for the game!
Actually the source both Matt and the NYer identifed was the NSA (National Security Agency)... but you don't consider them reliable either I suppose?
It's Monday UK and I am trying to get the Companies House records on Arq Ltd., The main site showed that their was "major security alert" this am. I have had the money transaction confirms but all I get is the title pages.
V curious.,
Such a site could be used to send messages steganographically, but it looks a bit obvious.
If I get the lateste Accounts and Directors Report I will post the interesting bits - there are said to be 34 pages.
