This is more of a military problem than INS as it is an organized or somewhat organized illegal invasion of the United States. The persons crossing our borders do so without permission and as such should be afforded no rights under our constitution as they have choosen to ignore our laws. Our military at this time is stretched too thin. This should be yet another reason for congress to recind the Reduction In Forces or military downsizing it has allowed in the past 12 years. There needs to be active duty armed military on our borders with repel boarder orders. That means taking whatever means necessary to stop them including the use of deadly force.
