Mr. Kebede seems to have been persecuted by the University without any better evidence. And he is a US citizen. do these foreign students have more rights than a US citizen, then?

When I wrote "a little something called evidence" I was referring to a sub-topic in this thread, not to the incident involving Mr. Kebede.
