Norwalk man charged with threatening courthouses

A Norwalk man was charged yesterday with threatening to "dust" court buildings in Stamford, Norwalk and Bridgeport in retaliation against the U.S. bombing of Afghanistan, federal authorities said.

Frederick Forcellina, 70, also threatened in a 911 call to Fairfield police yesterday morning that he would also target railroads and local schools, Assistant U.S. Attorney Robert Appleton said.

The FBI believes the term "dusted" is a reference to anthrax or another biological agent, according to an arrest affidavit.
