experts and government officials saying "no need to worry folks, anthrax is hard to make, hard to deploy, can’t hurt you, no need to worry, yadda, yadda ..." yeah, the gov't tells us its ok to go back to work, go about usual activities, BUT when it hits THEIR offices, they close up shop and RUN away.
