a Suspense Novel about World War III

[Click the small book covers above for a brief synopsis of each of the next four novels]

(First of all, thank you, Jim Robinson, for allowing the announcement of a FReeper-authored book to be posted on the site.  Yet another example of Jim's support for all of our efforts to champion the cause of liberty.)

Several FReepers (who may be too modest to desire attention on this particular thread, but who are mentioned in the 'acknowledgments' section of the book) were intimately involved with Jeff in the authoring/editing process.

BUMP'ed back.

Did you see this article on SierraTimes?

Homeland Insecurity

The guy could have been smarter about what he was doing (like asking the security detail before photo'ing them) ... but the implications are nonetheless very sobering. Mind your knot and check six.

I had not seen the piece prior to your heads up.

I am not impressed by the security they are talking about it will not net terrorists just a few rather sloopy journalists.

Ageed. When you look at the details as posted by the journalist, the guys he dealt with there in LA don't seem much better than the rent-a-cops.

It wasn't until after a few hours when the "superiors" got involved that you got a sense of any professionalism.

Take care.

Thanks ... hope you do.

I am getting quite a bit of interest now from some other editors and agents. Hope it continues to develop, but I am committed to putting it out on my own if necessary.

The first paper print in trade paperback form will be available in the next week to ten days. I am funding that myself because of my belief in it and in the quality of the work the others involved have helped me produce. We'll see where it goes.

Again, thanks for the kind words and I hope if you do buy it that it is very enjoyable for you and that you feel it is worth it to tell your relatives and friends about it.

Regards.

Thanks. I intend to post an "Update" thread on this either today or tomorrow.

It will deal with recent activities and getting the book into some local Boise book stores and the like.

FRegards!

I read the first 3 chapters, I laughed so loud, then began to yawn uncontrollably.

Does anyone need a book like this to know what goes on in the world? Are you all so short of an education in current affairs that someone needs to write a book for you?

If you want to know what the weather is likely to do, you watch the weather forecast - or look up!

If you want to know when - and why - you're going to die, I suggest you try to purchase a brain from China - they'll sell any organ for peanuts.

No offence of course...
