Of course it develops, but in this sense: the Holy Spirit gives the Church a deeper or more poignant understanding of Christ’s teachings and Works, as we need them. You see that was the plan, not the modern tower of babble that sola scriptura, as embraced by neo-Christendom, has created.

I imagine you disagree with this.

Did you expect I'd agree. All necessary understanding was available immediately. Some, have played games with "Tradition" and/or "Magisterium" to modify this "understanding" to suit their needs.

Thousands of denominations and a WIDE variety of dogmas would suggest otherwise.
